Matrix Background

I discovered that in Linux you can set a screen saver as your desktop background. My background now looks like the matrix.

Okay, fixed that too. The upgrade overwrote my gdm.conf file.

Got my microphone working again. Apparently, the upgrade buggered my sound mixer settings, so I had to go fiddle with them until it started working again.
Now, to figure out why I can't run X applications on wbrameld4.name using my home computer as the display anymore. It probably screwed up my X server settings too.
