Work, Work, Work

I have to go to work tomorrow. I just finished four days, had today off, and now I go back for four more.

Does it ever get better than this?

Feeling Down, and Piano Music

Date: Tue 1 March 2005
Time: 10:49 PM EST

I've been feeling down since Friday night. Been asking myself, "What's the point of life?" quite a bit.

I took my keyboard out of the closet the other day, and I've been learning to play Scott Joplin's "Maple Leaf Rag." Not that I'll ever be any good, but it's fun to practice. I've also been brushing up on his "Entertainer."

Now that have printer paper and ink cartridges, I can print out sheet music. I discovered Mutopia yesterday, so I'll probably be playing with my keyboard a lot.

Went Shopping

Date: Tue 15 February 2005
Time: 5:29 PM EST

The Wal-Mart I went to today doesn't stock boric acid anymore. I might call around other Wal-Marts in the area to see if any of them have it.

But I did get a bunch of other stuff that I had been needing to get: dish soap, a spunge, printer paper and ink cartridges, a black light (so I can find all the spots where Barney has peed), and a few other things.

Meanwhile, I'm periodically spraying that line of ants with bug spray. If I can't kill the nest, at least I can make it bleed.
