From The Blasphemy Challenge:
The Rational Response Squad is giving away 1001 DVDs of The God Who Wasn't There, the hit documentary that the Los Angeles Times calls "provocative -- to put it mildly."
There's only one catch: We want your soul.
It's simple. You record a short message damning yourself to Hell, you upload it to YouTube, and then the Rational Response Squad will send you a free The God Who Wasn't There DVD. It's that easy.
Well of course I'm all over that! They didn't say the video quality had to be good, so I whipped out my Kodak DX4330 (which, ironically, was a Christmas present...the Loard works in mysteeeerious ways!) and made this short recording:
It's my first YouTube video. It'll probably also be my last. I'm not big into making videos.
One of my friends wanted to do a similar video of herself blaspheming, but she declined due to fear of social repercussions. How sad that we live in a world in which people are afraid to express their opinions. Even sadder that people let that fear influence their actions.

A few weeks ago I described how I was starting to report spam to the spammers' ISPs. I also configured my email server to bounce any emails coming from IP addresses without PTR records. Now my incoming spam rate is about 1/3 what it was before. Yay.
