More Geocaching

I hiked up Hibriten Mountain today with Justin and Lucas to find the geocache at the top. Lucas spotted it.
After we finished the hike, I drove through downtown Lenoir with my GPSr in hand and found four more caches, including one that I had tried to find before. There was a fifth one that I didn't find because I didn't really look hard enough. I felt too conspicuous walking around in circles on the sidewalk by myself with all the traffic going by. I'll try that one again when I have others with me. As of now my success rate is 7/10.
Geocaching

I got a GPS receiver from Amazon the other day for the specific purpose of geocaching. Dad and I went out today and tried to find three of the many geocaches in Lenoir, but we only found one. We would have found one of the other two except I forgot to note a key piece of information about it. We'll get that one next time. As for the third one, I'm thinking it's been stolen, but I'll try looking for it again before I report it missing.
